The flange for the Blitz BOV will fit the type s but shape and design isnt the same. The type-s is more football shaped. You can make it fit...kind of ghetto but it works (ask me how i know )

How perfect is perfect?

If the Maxrev is identical to the Greddy then I would bet "perfect" is having the screws overlapping the outside edge of the flange and holding it down using one edge of the nut and washer.

I don't know what the Maxrev looks like so I can't really say anything but I can definitely say the Type-s and Blitz aren't identical.

he probably considers it perfect because he's used to using JB-weld, duct-tape, and bailing wire for most other applications
