OT: Need some help here

Last night the alternator belt disinigrated on me and i cannot for the life of me get the top bolt off. Car is a 94 integra. I could finish in about.8 seconds but this bolt will not come off. Do i need to loosen something else first or is that bitch just seized on there. TIA
