OT: Honda Tuning [May] - Ben Strader & EFI University featured
I know this will be a mostly worthless topic, especially once it hits the archives, but I think Ben needs a little...more....recognition on the board.
I randomly picked up the mag at Borders on my monthly car book and mag foraging routine. There's like a three page interview with Ben and a quick article on EFI University in there towards the back.
Ben is a big-time, made man now!
Do I get a 1/2 off spot in the advanced class now?

Hey good to see you still around Ben.
And oh... the magazine. I thought you meant Ben was having a honda tuning session in May. I plan to attend his class when he comes to Texas in May.

I think one of the guys in the hoodie with white Adidas shoes on is Stan while Ben is sitting in the sand rail on the dyno.

Stan didnt go to this one in california. I am on page 76 holding the camera up on the far right of the pic. I think the person wearing the hoodie is either chet(ingocnito) or Greg(TrueNorthStar).

I was impressed with the quality but you need to get inside the oil passages and clean out all the shavings from the manufacturing process. Had fun designing the proper rod length to use stock spec pistons with a stroker crank and raised deck

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the props, and a BIG THANKS to all of you who have participated and made this venture a HUGE success...........
I'm doing my best to make sure that everyone on the EFI UNIVERSITY team is up to the task of constantly improving our presentations.
SuperDave just attended our latest seminar in Chicago last weekend and he was really impressed with the level of quality since when he attended the very first one ever in Texas.
Those of you who are thinking about returning to Texas this year on May 22-23 at WASABI RACING will not be disapointed!
We will soon be unveiling some very awesome tuning technology that will most definately revolutionize the way engine tuning is done at the professional and sportsman levels of motorsports!
Stay Tuned!

Will this be something worth waiting until a later class date for?

Re: (ReeH!)
Most likely it will be a bit later in the year before we get the units in hand and get some testing done on them and then develop our curriculum around this new stuff.
Thats all I can say for now!
