tom-
I assume that is your AVCR in the armrest console...
I was thinking about putting my profec there, but I questioned whether or not the lenght of tubing required to connect it to a boosted source would slow down its response ? any thoughts on that ?

i havent tried extended vaccum lines but im not 100% sure... as long as the lines are solid i dont see why it should make much of a differance... the avcr runs mostly with wires though... the selenoids are actually in the engine compartment... no vaccum hoses are directly connected to that box

ya i supsected that. The profec needs a vacuum line right into the back of it...kinda silly design if you ask me, they should have put a sender in the engine bay.

as long as its nice out... and the cell has a sender on it... im gonna try and hook it up to the stock fuel guage... iv heard it works but it may work backwards... as in when the tank is full the guage reads empty and when its empty it reads full

That's a good place for your gauges. Mine are kinda the opposite (the pod is gettin painted, I'll post pics when its done). My radio sits where my cupholders were (we flushed that whole thing off with a little fiberglass and painted it smooth). The same was done to the stock radio/HVAC control center and that's where my 4 gauges and gauge controller are gonna sit so that I can see them easier. I like the AVC-R though... very cool, stealth too. Great work, EV.
