Default Opinions on T4 .70/.82 on Ls/vtec

I tired searching for some other setups but was un able to find any. I'm not too familar with the gt series turbos but I'm sure there are some guys out there running a turbo this size on their setups.

When this is all done it is going to be as follows:

b18a1 bottom end
knock off eagle rods
srp pistons (9ish:1)
stock sleeves
arp head studs
98 GSR head
mild p&p
stock cams

ram horn style manifold
tial wastegate
2.5" charge pipes
3" downpipe

there are other things, but those are what matter regarding my question, and my question is for the other guys that are running this size turbo, where are you starting to spool at? I'm not planning on revving this motor past 8500.


Cliff notes
------------

(motor) = ls/vtec b18a1 / gsr
(turbo) = T4 .70/.82
(manifold) = ram horn + 3" dp
(question) = When should I expect this snail to start to spool?

T4 ".70/.82" doesn't tell us dick all about what kind of a turbo it is, get more info.

It is a Garrett T3/T4 .70/.82 off of a 7.3L ford deisel super-duty.
