Default Opinions on Jacobs Nitrous Mastermind

Hi, did a search already and found just little tidbits of info on the jacobs nitrous mastermind, but i need more before I throw down hard earned money on this thing.

PLEASE let me know if you've actually used the thing.

Also on their website it says: "The Nitrous Mastermind must be used in conjunction with an aftermarket ignition system " what exactly are they talking about?

I had 2 Jacobs Boost Masters. both of them burnt up. (the second was the replacment for the first) after I sent the second one in for replacment... I never recived a 3rd one. I called them to see where it was, and they told me that they had no records that they recived it. But I sent it threw a local speed shoppe who ran a trace on UPS. Jacobs DID recive it!!! but they still wouldn't give me a repacment. So... NEVER AGAIN WILL I OWN JACOBS CRAP!!!

I got lucky because the owner of the speed shoppe felt bad and offered me a replacment. But I told him I don't want to be stranded again when the third one burns out. so he wound up replacing it with an MSD BTM.

Orange County Speed was the shoppe if any one cares.

anyway... I wouldn't want thier electronics controling my Nos... it will probably cause your engine to blow.

Just my two cents
