open wastegate?

where do you hook up the wastegate to? is it safe to get on it with the open wastegate? whats open wastegate exactly mean/do. im new to boost lol. thanks.

Wastegate is either External or Internal.

"Open" may refer to the dumptube, which comes off of an external wastegate. Try those terms out and get back to us.

Lol at this thread dump tubes just just keep the heat an flames outa your bay u can run them open just when u hit full boost you'll deff hear it much louder . Wat type of setup are u running?
