I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The welds actually look pretty good/solid. Very similar to the top mount shots posted earlier in this thread.

Did he do anything to compensate you for the extreme wait times and less-than-pleasant customer service?

To be dead honest, bro, I'm just glad I have these parts sitting in my garage finally. I'm not out seeking extra attention or benefit. All I ever wanted was my parts and now I have them here. I would like to send a good luck shout out to all those people still waiting on parts. Hang in there, Matt is turning things around for the better.

 

Even if he is making good it is still bullshit. Someone like that does not deserve forgiveness, they need to be put out of business. Only reason he is doing this is because he is scared of the lawsuits waiting. I know people locally who have gotten manifolds in 1 month and ordered long after all the people on here who have been waiting 12 months which is ******* dumb. 2 Were K20's that were local and 1 was to a HB civic with a prelude motor because they all post on a local site. And while people were on here making posts regarding his lack of business skills and waiting for manifolds, where was he? At the dam local track playing with his car instead of working some dam overtime to get **** right. That is just plain retarded. The only reason I am so pissed at this type of situation, is because I am a consumer and everyone here is a consumer as well. The principle is just all fucked up. Sorry had to vent got tired of reading posts regarding this stuff.

thankfully, I wasn't involved with any of this; but it's so blatantly messed up.

that letter of apology pretty much said "i got backed up because i got overwhelmed and didn't know what i was getting myself into"

when you open a business, there's no room for excuses, when people give excuses it turns into things like this. what a poor example on how to obtain people's trust, confidence, and money (customers).

i hope everyone gets their products or gets their issues settled. sorry for the rant.

Haha, that's a good one, shortage of materials when you're building honda manifolds out of weld els! There's only about 500 places you can get everything needed to build manifolds.

 

I was going to deal with one fab but didnt at the time.If what he says is sincere and true than time will only tell. I can respect a man that will come on this forum after he's been trashed and done his customers wrong and apoligize.Now if in the next few months he doesnt hold true to his word then well we all know that he's full of B.S. But for right now I think he deserves a second chance by getting old/behind orders out when he has promised

awww but you see what i noticed...about 3 days ago there was a sticky thread at the top of forced induction about all of this...Now....Its gone...why do all the threads dissappear...he hasnt made good on anything.

 

What ever happened to paying with a trusty credit card, and charging back when the part doesn't arrive? I don't understand how people are getting ripped off?? Are you sending him cash or something?

That was my thread and for what it's worth, I did receive my parts finally.

 

I heard there is a horsepower shortage in Texas and Tony is responsible for it!

Nope, he didn't send my refund yet as well. I don't think he will. Collection agency or a plane ticket seems to be the only way to get money back from this fool. Does anyone have any luck reaching him at the phone number on his website (his website is down, lack of orders I suppose)? I get message machine all the time. Maybe I should leave message telling him that I want to buy a manifold and he'll respond. Anybody have his cell phone number?
