i've never seen a .46 .48....i think my cousin did around 260hp with his t3 or maybe it was his t3/t4 on his ls. lol

anyways...i don't think you can run a FMU and a vafc. go ahead and ditch the fmu since you have the 450's. and good luck with that turbo.

Did you get that turbo from SSAC on ebay? What brand is it, cause if its an XS Power or something shitty like that its gonna fall apart. You didnt say what manifold you have, but since you have teh SSAC turbo, it probably came with thier POS manifold. Id get a bigger turbo, and a cheap log manifold. You wont be able to run 10 psi an that little shitty turbo for long, especiallt if its not a real brand. The biggest flaw in your setup that I can see is the turbo, you should take care of that first. Do you have any pics of anything yet, or have you installed anything?? With that turbo and your setup you will probably have 200hp max, but with a bigger turbo and a good tune you can have like 220 or 230 maybe.

You dont really need to get it tuned with the VAFC, its pretty pointless. Theres a bunch of threads that tell you how to set the percentages, you just have to find them. How much are you paying to have someone tune it, if they tell you its going to run great they are lying. It wont be anywhere close to as good it would be with Hondata or any other tuning program. You can do it yourself as good as they will with you paying them. Search for: VAFC tuning or SAFC tuning, you should find something useful

hopefully you get one of the lucky good turbos from xs. i have their intercooler. not bad at all. but i can't speak on behalf of their turbo. i got one from a guy for a deal and ended up selling it. he blew the turbo within a month.

your vafc setup will be ok. it's not the best. it's no hondata or uberdata, but it works none the less. i would give that turbo a few months or so.

oh my cousin was boosting 10-13lbs.

yeah those turbos fall apart, and I mean in peices. Save up some money cause you will need a new turbo soon. I will be selling mine as soon as I get my new one in, which will be in a few days. Its just about the same as this one, just a .60 AR instead of .57-- http://store.yahoo.com/cheaptu....html
And the hot side is coated in black high temp paint so no rust. Do you want some pics of it? $300 shipped, its been on my car for about 1 year, I need a bigger one now that im LS/Vtec instead of just a B18B. Heres my dyno chart-- https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1373014

Ditch the vafc and go with a solid tuning program.

Someone is going to tell you sooner or later so... You can pay them all you want to tune your VAFC and even if they do get your AF ratio right it will cause your timing to be off. There is no right way to get away with that setup.
