I have a hondata 2b with a b16a program on it. This weekend I put my B18C4 in and am running the b16a program. I've been trying to get a b18 program for it but I'm having problems getting a hold of the shop I bought my hondata from. My actual guestion is- can I put my turbo on(it should be here next week) or should I wait until I get a new program? Does anyone know where I can get a new program? Thank you

 

Dumb question perhaps, but what is a B18C4? C1's are GSR Motors and the C5's are the ITR Motors...

To give you an opinion on your question... I think it would be OK to use that program, but I would avoid boosting on it, just to be safe.

 

you should be able to just put the turbo on, just don;t boost though...
I am not sure how your car will run at idle with the wrong map, but just hook it up and see...

 

a B18C4 is the european version of the C1, with some changes. It comes factory with an LSD and a small vtec wiring change, it doesn't have a vtec oil pressure switch. I had to take the one off my b16 and wire it in.
