Have to butt in, but...
If you are too busy for your customers, who do you give your valuable time to when your customers are paying for it?
If you have too many customers, then you should consider hiring more help or referring them elsewhere - or at least letting them know that you have no idea when you will be able to fulfill your obligations to them.
