What kind of oil should i run and what kind of plugs should i run?? do i run stock plugs or colder plugs or stock plugs and gap them differintl??? i have a ls motor that im boostin within the next couple days???

so how do u noe how to gap the plugs does it matter on the application or how much boost or thats what u gapp the plugs at??? cause a coworker said .0035 but hes itno domestic

You want a smaller gap so the boost does not blow the spark out. Each set-up is different, but I typically use .028" for up to around 12psi. I've gone as tiny as .017" before but there are a lot of factors that can come into play. So to answer your simple question, try .028".
