I got my turbo the other day, its a Garrett T3/T4 50 trim, and instead of the oil feed line just threading into the top of the turbo, there is a dumb flange that came with the turbo, which doesn't fit the 1/8 NPT line anyway, I was just wondering if any one elses Garrett is like this?

 

Yes. You can get a feed flange for -3AN and 1/4" NPT on eBay.

 

But do Garrett usually come need a flange for the oil feed, because my friend has the same turbo and he does not need a flange his oil feed is treaded.
