oil restrictor question

okae guys i have a sc34 and its suppose to run a -4 but im goin to change it to run a -3 the question i have is do i need to run a oil restrictor with it thanks

sc34 in a honda i suppose is suppose to run a -3 anyway. and no you "should" not need a restrictor, or you dont
