Okay I am doing a full stock ls rebuild. I will eventually go with a low boost kit. Which oil pump should I use? Just stock ls or a vtec one. I have searched and found mixed answers. Some say type r /gsr because of more pressure, but then some say higher pressure is not good for turbo seals. So which one.
