if you have bring down your oilpan during turbo oil return install, you'll notice that the hole of the stock pickup is slim like image above. when i bought my block, the hole of the oil pickup is larger than stock with same shape as the image above, it has been enlarged by prying it larger.

will this bigger hole have any bad effect on my engine? if so, what will it be?

will it have a bad effect on my turbo? if so, in what way?

does it increase oil pressure? if so, by how much?

any info will be appreciated.

Not sure if it will do anything to the oil pressure but it looks like it was done just to alow more oil in at a time.
