Oil pan???
Hey Guys,
I want to get another oil pan so that if I have to take my turbo kit off for any reason, I don't have to try and plug the hole on my stock one. Do you think I should get a Moroso Oil Pan, or just another OEM one? What is the difference between the two?

Well the moroso is designed so on hard acceleration the oil isnt pushed to the back of the pan and starve your engine for oil. IMHO stock works fine just get a plug. If you use earls fittings get a plug too.

Re: Oil pan??? (1 FAST R)
I used the Moroso oil pan , now I just use stock works much better.
1st problem incorrect dipstick readings
2nd you have to be careful when plumbing the return or else the oil level can be too high and cause a back up.
IMO its a POS....use the stock its the best.

If your worried about the whole plug issue if you want to run a stock oil pan i suggest you do the earl's fittings for the oil return line. If you want, i will post up a part list for you of all the fittings you need as well as hoses, it will run you roughly $75 but it is WELL worth it... I had a custom bung made and welded into my oil pan for $35 bucks, if i ever need to remove the line and run a stock oil pan all i need is a plug for the bung and it is just like a stock oil pan. Here are pics of my oil pan...
