Default Oil loss/burning....but good compression?!

Ok,

at first i thought my rings were going on me....just did a compression test, 200-210 all across the board on my '00 B16a2 with 54,000 on it.

So when i enter high boost (8-10.5psi) it seems i start to blow some blueish smoke. Oil consumption is about 1/2 quart every 250 miles. I know some oil use is expected with a turbo vehicle however im also getting a leak. Im leaking on the FRONT of the block and its blowing all down the underside of my car under motion.....ive got oil all over the underside of the car, the xhaust, sway bar, traces all the way back past my cat. but it seems to be coming from the front of the block then dripping and getting blown back underneath the car under acceleration or just high way cruising. at first i thought it was possibly my dip stick had come loose as ive heard its a problem with some of the iTR guys, that wasnt it. then perhaps my head wasnt on tight.....but id notice alot more symptoms if my head was loose (such as compression loss, which i dont have).

so i cant source the leak? gonna brake clean the whole thing and try to start fresh and see if i can pin point it.

as far as my oil loss, i attribute some of it to the leak i have, but i am burning some at high boost WOT. could my turbo seals be blown? car was never run past 5.5 psi till this year, now im at 10.5psi. turbo is a T3/T4e .63ar. turbo has 25k on it. i checked the shaft, it has zero play in it.

im clueless.....any ideas?
