Default Oil line placement

Alright I searched and read and I have a question.

I am planning on running a greddy 15g turbo kit on my d16y8 in my 98 civic and I am needing input as to where the easiest way to mount my feed and return lines. I noticed a couple people went with oil filter sandwich plates and others have just tapped the oil pan, can anyone give the positives/negatives to either?

I plan on getting a oil line kit from one of the sponsors online and they all come with necessary fittings and lines. If I ran 2 lines from the oil pan/oil pressure switch; whereas the oil sandwich is more of a plug and play type thing.

Also, anyone have pics or locations to where both feed and return lines would go if I decided against the oil sandwich adaptor?

TIA

editted because I picked the wrong day to stop sniffing glue!

The return line is going to be the same no matter what you do and it's the more difficult one to do anyway since you have to remove the oil pan. I would personally skip the oil filter adaptor and use the oil pressure sender port, it will probably be about the same amount of work either way and you'll save yourself some money.

If you get an adapter like the one from tunertoys, it screws into the hole for the oil pressure sender on the back of your block, and it has a port to screw your pressure sender back in as well as two other ports to use for oil feeds.

Thanks for the reply, I guess why I am leaning towards the sandwich adaptor is for the ease of adding a oil pressure, oil temp gauge later down the road....Anyone have any links for where exactly the oil pressure sender port is on the block? (FI noob here )
