Default Oil feed line question

First off, I'll give you a basic run through of my setup:

94 Civic Si
B16A Y80 Trans
Presicion GT32-51
Inline PRO SS manifold
Inline PRO SS DP
GReddy Piping and front mount
Turbosmart 38mm WG
HKS SS BOV
RC 750cc injectors
255lph Walbro in tank pump
P28 with Neptune system tuned by Jason Hunt

Ok, here's my problem. The turbo on the car only has 6,000 miles on it, however, I'm experience blowby problems. A friend of mine has been having the same problem, and called Garret, and was told he needed a restricted feed line, because the turbo he has was not meant to run with the high oil pressure numbers created by a Honda motor. Unfortunately, I'm unsure exactly what size my feed line is, but I'm hoping to find some information on what size line I SHOULD be running, and what size fitting I should be using, and rather I need to restrict the flow at all into the turbo. I plan on calling Precision or Garret tomarrow afternoon to find out any more information I may be able to get from them as far as what oil pressure the turbo should be running with. I'm hoping to get some information here though today, since most places are not open on Sundays.

BTW, unfortunately I haven't visited this site in over two years, and I'm unable to remember any of my old Login information, so I'm restricted to 5 posts/replies per day. I'll try and EDIT the current post is anyone has anything more they would need to find out.

Many people on here will argue between -4AN and -3AN feed lines. The concensus seems to me to be a -3AN would be safest, or a -4AN with a restictor. However, you will find some people who say that they have been using a -4AN feed line for a long time with no problems.

I cant speak from experience, but I know that when it comes time for me to install my turbo, I will use a -3AN feed line.

The 4AN line is what I've been using, and it is leaking through. Would you suggest swapping to a 3AN line, or just getting the restrictor? I was doing some research, and I was told that a 4AN line is perfectly fine if you use the restrictor, you just need to take a 1/16th (I believe) drill pit and open it up a slight amount. Anyone had any experience with this?

Just buy the restrictor, no need to replace the whole oil feed set-up. I don't think I have heard of anyone with a restrictor that had oil feed issues.

I placed an order for the restrictor from ATPturbo.com last night. Thanks for the help.
