Default Can Anyone Help Me?

I have a turbo off of a '02 WRX on my '92 civic si. My problem is that my turbo is blowing oil through my exhaust and through the compressor into my charge pipe. I have taken the turbo out and had it checked by a local shop. They said everything w/the turbo looks perfect (there is only 10k miles on it). I am wondering if it is possible to be running too big of an oil feed line? At this point I am looking for any helpul input, this thing has got me seriously stumped. THX

Usually that would probably mean you have bad turbo seals, but since the shop said everything is good, it's hard to tell. What size is the feed line? What size is your return line? Is it straight? Kinked?

1. Are you getting excessive blow by?

2. You say #10 return line, Im assuming you mean -10AN? How does your return line look? If this isn't a smooth slope then maybe the oil is backing up causing the seals to blow.

3. How healthy is this motor?

4. What is the setup on this car?

Yes were getting excessive blow by.
Setup is tdo4 w/10k miles (the thing is brand new). '92 VX manifold Custom Stainless 3'' Downpipe. Stock Mitsu Blow Off. MSD 6 BTM. Prelude SH injectors.(also have DSM 450's) STR Fuel rail Aeromotive FPR W boost Reference.

Return Line Is about as straight of a shot to the pan as you can get w/ no obstructions

Where does the return line enter into the pan is it above the oil level or below?
