Default Oil Feed / Drain Kits

My friend used the turbo-performance.com kit and it was like 70 bucks.. but the kid sucked. Everyone says to use the Earl fittings from some street rod site.. which I agree with but I did a totaling of all of the fittings and it was like 200 dollars! that's insane for an oil line kit. A couple of the fittings where swivel and they were like 30 alone. Is it asbolutely Necessary to get these swivel pieces? thanks! if anyone knows of a good kit or order list let me know please.

I get all of my fittings and stuff from a local Rubber company....

I use the Teflon bradied steel lines, and the fittings for it are 1/2 the price or more. I also get the high pressure clamps from them for super cheap...

I pieced together my own fedd/drain kit and it only cost me about $70, with all earl's fitting and braided lines.

For what application or does it matter? I have a heater hose temporarily for my B16Drag civic. I want to replace it with Earl's, but don't know what all is needed?
