OBDII Datalogger Group Buy
Tom Leser of the Taurus Car Club of America has offered to host a group buy for the OBDII Datalogger offered by Alex Peper of http://www.obd-2.com.
The software is provided free on the web page, and it essentially allows you to view any sensor that connects to the ECU (IAT, TPS, MAP, Coolant temps, Ignition Timing, O2 sensor voltage, etc). It's designed to run on any 386 or higher computer loaded with Windows (3.1, 9x, 2k). All you pay for is the interface cable.
Normally the cable retails for $122, but if 20 people get in on the group buy, the price will be reduced to $75 for a datalogger!
I honestly cannot think of a better deal for a product like this.
To sign up, email:
obd-2@tauruscarclub.com with your:
- Name
- Address
- Phone #
- Email
- Type of Interface
- (optional) Reference Site
As of now, he's got 8 people (out of 20) signed up for this FOURTH group buy he's held. Most of the Taurus people have snatched one up, so it's really up for grabs for the rest of us enthusiasts.
