obd 1 ecu, dist cap? help!!

obd 1 ecu, dist cap? help!!
if I go obd1 and use the harness to do so, will I Need to replace anything else, like my dist cap while i"M changing over
this may seem like a stupid question but I see alot of classifieds asking for obd1 dist caps and such
if there's anything else I need besides the harness and the ecu I'd appreciate your knowledge

Yes, you will.
AFAIK, OBD1 dist caps will fit OBD0, but not the other way around. If you look at the box end of your dizzy cap, one of the 90 degree corners has been bevelled in the OBD0 setup. The OBD1+ does not have this bevel. Aside from that, I belive the caps are all the same.

no you don't need to change any of that. the "conversion" is done at the ecu harness. one thing i noticed though was that on my 2000 d16y8 the car idled and ran a lot better with the EVAP purge solenoid unplugged.
