Default O2 sensor THROWING CODE 41 turbo b16a

i have the o2 sensor plugged in. its obd1 so all i need is the primary o2. but the CEL stays on.(CODE 41) O2 sensor) i resested the ecu twice. but it wont turn off. on top of that i was driving then all of a sudden my speedometer and my voltage and air fuel gauge stopped working. and also when i was driving i stopped at a light. i held the clutch down to move into neutral then all of a sudden the car just died. i had to crank it back up then i drove again until the next light and it died AGAIN. and now everytime its not in gear the car just dies. it doesnt idle, it just straight up shuts off. whats going on???? any suggestions. Previous to all of this when i didnt have all these problems i had a stock cat and the greddy 2.36 in DP. then i went to a local performance shop to get a custom Catch Can, removed stock cat for a custom Test pipe, and 2.5 in DP installed. Then after that i was driving home and all of this **** happened. can someone help me PLLEASE. thanks

code 41 is most probably a bad O2 sensor, the other problems sound unrelated to code 41. Replace the O2 and reset the ecu and go from there.

how is you voltage when your driving? sounds like you loosing voltage and that's why it shutting off. check all your engine bay grounds and the big white wire on your alternator.

Code 41 is the heater circuit, it could be the Sensor, Wire or computer.

Need to test O2 heater resistance with Honda specifications first if its ok and youve electricals knowledges and a multimeter, check wiring ,PCM to Sensor. If its all ok its the transistor in PCM,change pcm.

With the code 41 on, the pcm will not try to work the 02 sensor, it will be in safe mode, Rich.

they all run off battery voltage and if your losing it then the will go out.. try turning your headlights on while driving to see if it gets worse

I have bought rebuilt alternators that go bad quick.Actually I know of a few people that have had the same luck.

It sounds like ur car is not grounding right.Check all the grounds on the motor and battery.
