Okay, So i'm going to get my block sleaved, and I'm planning on making about 450-500hp once done. Can someone explain exactly what o-ringing the block is? And if it's needed? also I heard you need to use copper headgaskets with it - is this true?

(PS - did a search, and didn't find anything).
