funny thing is, when i was researching my next mani i emailed neukin and the guy responded quickly.. im glad i didnt go with this guy.

I have been waiting for 6 months now for my H22 ramhorn and he is doing nothing but telling me lies.. over and over again..

Ordered AND payed August 9th 2011, $841
Check this out:

August 29th: Yes catching up, should be done in about 10 more days or two weeks.
September 2011 : Im just jammed with alot to finish right now, if not this week its next for sure.
October 2011: Im trying to finish it along with 4 others right now so its going to be next week.
November 2011: Its about to go out, its not going to take much longer. ,
December 2011: I should have it boxed tonight or tomorrow finishing porting and just have to deck it.
January 2012: i could guess 1-2 more weeks and its yours.
February 2012: i hope to have it shipped next week.

These are exact quotes of Alex.. Got the full emails to prove it. I stayed pollite till this week.. And asked for my money back 2 months ago.. he doesn't even respond to that..
I know he makes some good stuff but he is f-ing me around big time.


Not gonna make the 2012 Time atack season because of him and i am very very pissed off.
I don't know if he is playing anyone else or just messing with the guy from Europe.
Guessing he keeps selling my manifold or leaving mine for quick money.

I know time are hard and you need to fight to keep your buisiness running.. But he is taking on way too much work and obviously making mistakes. This will set other orders back aswell.

He is taking the fun out of my hobby and $800 out of my bank account..
I was gonna be very proud showing off my Neukin manifold and even recommending him to others as fabricating a similar manifold in the Netherlands is more expensive. But will never recommend any company with this kind of custommer service..

Gave him till the end of the week..

Got the mani.. after 9 months.. asked for my money back. used my creditcard company to get my money back.. and finally he send it off. Not listening to my request of insuring and value of the package lower for the customs in Holland.. So had to pay another 210 $ to receive the item without even seeing it..

Are people seriously still having issues? I thought this got resolved long ago..... If he doesn't have time to get all of his orders done then how is he doing R&D on the integrated manifold k series and build manifolds for them? I don't see how someone hasn't just driven to his shop/house and beaten his skull in... I know FD guys that are sponsored and get their parts no issue.
