I'm not sure what Alex is up to these days, but I did purchase a custom Manifold, dp, testpipe, wg, and turbo from him about 2 years ago. Kept in touch and I even did a payment plain with him.

Hopefully this all gets settled for everyone that's put money into it.. Sad to see so many shops scamming people lately.. Reminds me of Peakboost

it doesn't look good for any potential new customers seeing threads like this and seeing who long people are having to wait. I've now been waiting over two years and not had any reply to emails for three or four months

 

sounds like he was using money from one order to pay for materials for another. rob from peter to pay paul type of thing. legal action will cost you more time and money then its worth and even if you did sue him it sounds like he doesnt have the cash to pay anyway.

he always says he has around 5 back orders and he uses the profit from new orders to take care of the outstanding ones the only problem is that these 5 orders seem to remain at 5 orders. and nobody gets there stuff. like in my case how can it take over 2 years to complete a manifold

Iv told you yes and i mean it, your getting the gate and manifold for sure... iv owed like 5 guys things from the past 12-18 months(as the economy took a dump the last two years iv fallen behind on a few things) and iv came through for these other guys. This one guy sold his car and needed a refund on a kit, took a year but i sent him a 3200 check a few months ago.. then this other guys i owe a GT35R and a h22 setup and im just now had enough extra funds to get the turbo in and manifolds done just need to downpipe and dump to ship his out and ill have you taken care of. Been running this company on lean for the last two years as the economy has taken a crap and you have to understand without the correct order volume im not making any money... iv avoided filing bankruptcy so i can take care of everyone and keep the company alive that iv spent the last 5 years of my life growing.. you will get your items.. Iv been on honda-tech for 6 years selling parts and i remember other turbo companies just screwing guys or vanishing, im not like that if it wasnt for crappy internet brands owning honda-tech now id still be advertising on there and prob better off but they want a million dollars to be a sponsor .. anyways ... I get new orders every week and ship them out in time and fast... anything i make i used towareds bills, food and getting everyone taken care of... you have to understand talking crap about me and such isnt helping more orders come in and get you taken care of.. im a serious person im not going to rip you off im tryiing my best and as fast as i can to get you taken care of.. there is nothing more i want but to you have done and over with.. trust me..

 

at least you are getting emails back he hasn't emailed me back for months. the wort part for me is that he sent a pic probably 6 months plus ago with it nearly finished lol and dannysun how dare you bad mouth him for taking so long to get your stuff. i would love to find out how many back orders he actually has i know its more than he says and i think it would be shocking the true amount. also he obviously sees this and other similar threads why doesn't he reply on them lol. and dannysun i have the same sort of emails going back over two years

 

I am starting to give up on it, the only bad thing is that I lost money. I tried to get him to ship me my gate but he won't. I am just tired of him lying to me and tilling me a few more months. It is missed up. The worst part is he will not refund my money back!

the thing that gets me is he keeps telling me that he ships all the new orders in super quick time like that's supposed to make me feel better about waiting over two years

just sayin..Can't really support the man's business model at this time, but I bought a Precision intercooler from him on ebay last year and it arrived as advert. (new, just opened, used for mock-up)...shipped fast, no prob, 350 hp model for I think 175, sweet deal.. didn't know about all this drama back then, lol. woulda been scared prolly.

But damn, Neuk...some of those mails read like some crackhead ****. It must suck to be that stressed all the time. I think I would just quit and get a job, lol.

Worst businessman I've ever heard of.

To me, it would be worth a meager $50 or $100 court fee and a drive (you said 11 hour drive) up there to begin a legal process of getting your **** back. I'm very positive that you have enough eivdence by yourself, without the need of hiring a lawyer, to get reimbursed in full, and also have him pay for your court fees and gas to get up there.

That's really crappy man, best of luck to you. Nobody should be thrown under the bus like that and have to wait 2 years for their product.

Edit:
Just bring your receipts, paypal receipts, gas receipts getting there, and screenshot all those emails (don't copy/paste them onto a word document), or just bring a laptop and show the judge yourself.
