Yeah I opened a thread awhile back addressing his shady business practices. Appears he is still accepting money with no intentions of ever sending anything out. I absorbed the cost and figured I would just visit him when i finally got some time to take leave.

did he ever reply to you. he doesn't reply to me either but i haven't been waiting as long as you. I've been waiting about 21/22 months i cant remember exactly as its been so long. he sent me a pic of mine nearly finished a few months ago just needed the turbo flange welded on but wont reply to emails since i feel your pain. i dont know how he expects people to be happy to wait 2 years for something that should take a few days. he should put new customers to the back of the line and look after all the people that have been waiting because all these post about people waiting so long for parts will eventually kill his business. because who in there wright mind would take a chance and order from him with the reputation he his building for himself

its not banning he needs as i genuinely believe he doesn't set out to rob people and i believe we will eventualy get our stuff but he is a rubbish businessman. that thinks the way to sort his business is to look after new customers and further anger his existing ones by making them wait so long. which them makes them start posts on forums which in turn damages his business further

nope still no luck but he did reply to my email the first time in a few months still saying business is slow so it appears hes looking after his new customers first so if a new customer you will get your stuff quick as the post by welding would confirm. if like me and you the wait goes on

Call the police and talk to a detective in the town he's from. This would be considered mail fraud. A similar thing happend to a few members on another forum I know with a guy that was always parting out cars. Had to go to extreme measures but it did help out.

i had to wait over a year for my manifold downpipe set up... He promise me he give me a catch can to make up for it but I never received that either. My downpipe is way off also. And I was scared to send it back to him just like you. I should have just took the hit and went with full-race. This kind of stuff happens way too often.

 

update. i asked if i could get my gate from him about 3 months ago, and still no gate or manifold. he posted

Iv told you yes and i mean it, your getting the gate and manifold for sure... iv owed like 5 guys things from the past 12-18 months(as the economy took a dump the last two years iv fallen behind on a few things) and iv came through for these other guys. This one guy sold his car and needed a refund on a kit, took a year but i sent him a 3200 check a few months ago.. then this other guys i owe a GT35R and a h22 setup and im just now had enough extra funds to get the turbo in and manifolds done just need to downpipe and dump to ship his out and ill have you taken care of. Been running this company on lean for the last two years as the economy has taken a crap and you have to understand without the correct order volume im not making any money... iv avoided filing bankruptcy so i can take care of everyone and keep the company alive that iv spent the last 5 years of my life growing.. you will get your items.. Iv been on honda-tech for 6 years selling parts and i remember other turbo companies just screwing guys or vanishing, im not like that if it wasnt for crappy internet brands owning honda-tech now id still be advertising on there and prob better off but they want a million dollars to be a sponsor .. anyways ... I get new orders every week and ship them out in time and fast... anything i make i used towareds bills, food and getting everyone taken care of... you have to understand talking crap about me and such isnt helping more orders come in and get you taken care of.. im a serious person im not going to rip you off im tryiing my best and as fast as i can to get you taken care of.. there is nothing more i want but to you have done and over with.. trust me..

this is crazy. I'd probably have been pushing legal action at this point. what is it about motor sports that attracts so many poor business people?
