Default Throwing engine codes on rebuilt motor

Engine was taken out of the car(D16Y8) and air conditioning was removed. Bottom end stock crank, eagle rods, SRP pistons ARP head studs. As for the head just a Comp Cam and re-adjusted the valves, and the rest, Skunk 2 Intake manifold, using stock injectors but I have 520cc MSD injectors with stock fuel rail+regulator. Skunk 2 exhaust cat-back AEM CAI, New wires and plugs 2 degrees colder. Anyways the engine was rebuilt and put back in the car. All connections were hooked back up except for 1 air conditioner plug.

Here is the problem, It wasnt running right and i checked the codes and its throwing codes, 3, 7, 41, 72. 3 and 7 Were mixed up, Map sensos and TPS but i checked the wires and put them in there right places and it still giving the codes. As for 41 I dont know what my Primary Oxygen Sensor Heater is?? so i dont know what to do there. And 72, Why is cylnder #2 misfiring??

HELP!!HELP!!HELP!!

Thanks
