nos on jdm gsr?

what size shot would be a safe for me to use wet kit if im spraying pretty regularly(everyweekend almost)?
what would be best to enforce and secure the block for a 50/75 shot?

75 shot, a degree or 2 timing retard, premium fuel, 2 step colder plugs. good to go.
