nos on gsr
i have a zex dry setup on my gsr i was using it and it made a loud pop now my car sounds like **** and it didnt want to stay on i havent taken it apart yet to check it because i have another car in garage.what could have happened ??? i took my spark plugs out one of them was black i think the block is done ?? any suggestions???

do a compression test, probably detonated and cracked a ringland. Or just straight melted them because a dry kit is the worst **** you can do to a honda. Stock honda injectors are maxxed out as it is from the factory, now you have bolt ons, and a dry kit. How the hell is the ECU going to add more fuel to compensate for nitrous? It cant, sorry for the rant, but this is why everyone on honda-tech says " 55 shots of naawzz will implode ur engine"

make sure you dont rev the LS/VTEC past 8000 with a stock bottom end. Or else your going to be in the same boat again,,, except with spun rod bearings this time around...

a dry kit isnt the worst thing you can put on a honda the zex kit is safe i ran one on my ls integra for a summer with a 75 shot and used 4 bottles no probs at all. and i drove the hell out of it at the drags.i love mine kit know i got a turbo and a b17 so this should be more fun.
