normal oil consumption?
ever since i installed my turbo i notice that i have to add up to a half quart of oil every week and a half or so. when i drove from utah to cali i had to add a full quart each way. is this normal for oil to be consumed like this?
Thats sounds like it's burning a lot of oil. I would check your spark plugs and see how they are doing. I rarely ever burn up any oil on my turbo setup. Are boosting all the time when driving around?
nah.....there are no signs wat so ever of anything leaking. i like to keep my engine bay extra clean so i would know if there is anything out of the ordinary.

the price of it doesnt matter.....its not so much that i gotta cry about it. i just hate the fact that i gotta add oil all the time. if this a sign of something going wrong in my setup i wanna figure it out as quick as possible.
i started to think turbo seals but its brand *** new and i think my return line flows very good. i took of my piping to the turbo off and no oil in there. i wanna take of my DP to see if its there, but if it was blown seals i would be blowing a mass amount of black smoke.
can oil in the return line burn fast enough with the heat of the DP? might be stupid but thats all i can think of................ugh i dont know i have heat wrap around my line too so i think that lowers the heat a bit
