Default Noobie, looking for setup help (searched)

Alright guys, Im driving a 1992 DA with 259,000 Miles. I plan to rebuild it before i Boost it.

Looking for something around 280hp, just to play with, I want it to be very reliable, and daily driven. Im trying to retain my Power steering and AC.

My setup will be:

New oem Rod/crank bearings
ARP head studs
ARP rod studs
Stock block
Ported and polished head
Ebay Intercooler kit
Crower 402T's
Cam gears(probably ebay specials)
New timing belt and oil pump
DSM 450cc injectors

Now onto my questions: I have searched and read through lots of threads.

- I dont mind running a log manifold, its a DD not a full blown race car- are there any proven to fit with power steering and Air conditioning?

-I was looking at a t3/t4 or t3/to4e turbo with an ar of .58 for a relatively quick spool (4500-5000rpm) Would these turbos fit what Im looking for?

-With upgraded rod bolts and head studs, is 7500rpm too high of a redline for the ls?

- Im currently running the stock p74 ecu, Are these chippable, I have seen tons of people chipping vtec ecu's. Im unsure of what ecu I could use with my ls.

-Is it possible to keep AC with a Civic, half sized radiator?

For 280hp, you really don't need much. The log manifold will be a perfect setup to retain your ps & ac. The turbos you refer to have a little lag, but they will hit your goals. How much money do you plan on spending? There are other options for a turbo that is more streetable. You can rechip a p75 ecu...I did that in mine & converted to s100. If you get the right manifold, you can keep a full size radiator.

What turbo would be more streetable?

I'm trying to read up on log manifolds that will clear thew full size radiator.
With my conservative setup, I don't mind runnin a smaller-quicker spooling turbo. At slightly higher rpms(within reason) to push the same amount of air as a larger slow sapooling unit.

Im basically down to trying to find out which turbo would spool well with my setup ~4k, and support 280-300hp.

IC piping ad such are simple enough to do.
