Default noob ?'s

For the next year i plan on building a turbo motor to swap into my 95 teggie.
I'm going to get a B18b and use a drag III kit on it. I want to be able to run 10psi daily and turn it up to around 16psi for track days so obviously i'll need to build the engine. Right now i plan on using:
JE 9:1 pistons
Crower Rods
310cc injectors
Hondata (which one ??)
turbo timer
boost gauge
air/fuel gauge
STR block guard
ACT Heavy duty/6 puck clutch
ARP head studs

Will this setup be able to handle the higher boost setting?? What other gauges do i need? I'm going to take my time, and if i need to hold off longer inorder to save more $ for a better buildup i will do it

bigger the better....but if you are on a budget, the DSM 450's is a good inexpensive starter
