noob question: turbo...
i'm thinking about a turbo, but i don't want to go too extreme. something small in the neighboorhood of 40 - 50 extra hp for my '00 lude...just wondering how much would it cost, which brands should i look for, the risks of straining my engine, and if it's a good idea. thanks!

dude you could run 9-10 psi very safely with stock internals, and get alot more than 40-50 horse... no point in buyin a turbo if you just want 50 hp... get nitros if you want that....

Re: noob question: turbo...
thanks for the feedback....so if you're saying that it is possible to safely run turbo with a stock engine, then i wouldn't mind doing it. i just want a nice HP increase, but not to the point that i need to modify the engine to keep it from crapping out.
by the way, do you (or anyone) know where i can buy the piping seperatly, instead of the whole kit?
thanks!
