Default no torque over 6500 rpm !!!

hi every ones i'm working on a atv ... but it's a honda atv ( 400ex) i had put a turbo on it and a efi system (megasquirt) dans it's work perfectly but , at higher RPM (over 6500) i got a pitfall of torque . i make all the test i can event think but no result.

BUT!!!!! Wen i remove the intercooler , the rev goes up to 10Krpm with no problem (but i got no torque, to much air temp

My air/fuel is perfect ( 11:1) on all the range and it's verify on a wideband , not a autometer gage . my boost it's constant on all the range .
I feed the engine with 50/50 C-16 and pump gaz.
there is the specs:

-turbo - K03 of TDI (pretty smal) but flow 210CFM at 15PSI
-firefly intercooler
-megasquirt with 2x 240cc/min
-full ported head with heavy duty spring
-stock cam
-all the **** it goes around to work.....

i'have no idee on What to check .
PS; sorry for my english , i make my best

Probably because torque at high RPM = horsepower.................

possibly out of the turbos efficiency range... or you need a bigger exhaust.

i have turbo'd a 4 wheeler before and we had issues with the 4 stroke motors, but we switched to an HKS turbo, i cant remember which one and it seemed to work well.

we had more luck with the 2 strokes tho

A shop I worked at years ago made turbo kits for carburated Polaris triple snowmobiles. You could melt a piston to the pin in a nanosecond. It was fun to watch them on the dyno.

i used a dsm at 15 psi on my car, so i don't think that is your problem.... I would think that would work fine. What is your air fuel at with the intercooler above 6500... still 11:1 also. Maybe, your actually cooling the air more, i don't know. My sea-doo has a vortech supercharger, 4-stroke 215 hp i think.... The intercooler is super small though.

The problem is probably a glitch in the MegaSquirt.

my air/fuel il correct on all de rpm range but today i notice something, my charge pipe before the throttle bodies is about 1.5 inch, the 400ex is a 1 cylinder. my flow is unregular ( 1/4 of the time on the move and 3/4 of time on wait) and i thing i need a very big plenium( like 1 liter for 400cc) to keep the velocety regular in the intercooler. i'm gonna try this towmorrow. there is the wideband

the exhaust is a pipe of 2.5 galvanise 1 feet long, no restriction possible.the megasquirt had a time who rool on buckle (0 to 255) and it does'nt reset.
