anybody running the greddy kit savely on their d16y8 without an intercooler? Just wondering because i may not be able to afford an intercooler at the same time. Some people told me that using better gas would help. What do you guys think?

 

Don't raise the boost without it and you'll be fine. You'll want to run premium gas anyway..

 

some guys on the dseries ezboard forum were saying that they were running up to 8 psi without the intercooler. One guy even said he was going up to 10 psi at the track.

Edit: What level should i keep it at without an intercooler? around 6-7psi?

5psi safely if you want it to last. plan and simple.
