Nitrous in vtec motors
I am planning on putting a direct port nitrous kit on my built ls/vtec, a guy at the track told me that its not a good idea to run a direct port on a vtec engine. Is there any problem with that, the guy just seemed negative about everything wanted to know some of your opinions?

Not if you're running Hondata nitrous controls.

I do the that guy even knows about Hondas, what does vtec have to do with anything, just opens the cams on a different lobe and pumps oil. Yes it can be done and has been done.

That's what I thought no difference from vtec and non-vtec that guy is just talking out of his ***, he told me lots of stuff that sounded like bs.
