Default nitrous timing?????

ok recently i have had problems with my timing b4. when i did it the proper way of jumping the ecu my car would die up top and not run well at all sometimes retarding itself or advancing on its own. i dunno why it just did. when i just advanced it w/out jumping the ecu it was set to 16 and now has been running fine and strong, like it used to. i have been running consistantly and the car feels like it doesnt die up top as much as b4. now, big question is now what the hell do i do now since i am going to be using nitrous????? how much should i retard it to use a 65 shot or maybe even use a 75 shot??? my quarter mile time right now is a consistant 14.8@93 mph average and what would i need to break into 13's?????
should i retard it now by jumping the ecu or keep what has been workign for me best and not jump the ecu???? any help is appreciated thanks...... i really need to kno tho this the last event of the season soon and i just want to try and hit 13's so need some insight on what to do asap. thanks again
