Default Questions on Nitrous

I have a gsr and just hooked up my zex wet kit , everything is hooked up according to the directions. I am only wanting to shoot a 50 shot will this be fine without a tune? My maintenance required light is on right now because my o2 sensor is bad. Also I read in the manuel that you cant use chipped ecus, I have a chipped ecu from pherable it says not to run them because you have to advance the timing, would it be fine if I just retarded the timing 2 degrees?

I am not familiar with the ZEX kit but with a traditional wet kit you put a jet in on the fuel side and a jet on the nitrous side. Does the zex kit work the same way? If so thats how you can tune it by changing the jets. You will also need to retard the timing more than 2degrees. you have to retard the timing for spray and the chip might have advanced your timing more than that
