Nitrous and S2k ?'s
When running Nitrous on an s2k, are there things you must change on these cars? I think I am interested in a 75-100 shot.. nothing EXTREME.. Will these cars run alright with that amount and just a tune, or are things like the stock exhaust too restrictive? What else should be changed to insure safety of the engine (if anything). I am new to these cars and just trying to learn what I can. All of this is figuring a professional conservative tune.

I thought I heard that once. Either way with a 75 shot he will be fine.
Edit: Yep I win

so you guys would be comfortable going to the dealership, buying a stock s2k, then going across the street to the performance shop purchasing a nitrous kit, having them install and tune a 100shot and going out and playing? making sure i am understanding everything

what is the best way to retard timing?
lets say your car is Tuned, using a Piggy back ECU, its tuned for just I/E running aggressive timing and leaner than stock.
would you just haveto disable the piggy back while spraying?
the s2k has 11.5:1 compression, and forged internals.

just get a wet kit and run a 75 shot no need for tuning....engine managment and tuning gets expensive on the S.....if you were gunna go to something like AEM for just a 75-100 shot that seemes silly to me....now if you were building a direct port 150+ shot setup, then a standalone is deff worth the $$
