F20 internals forged? did i hear right?

I heard somewhere (I think it was on here, actually) that the internals of the F20C are forged. Is there any truth to this? Because that would be freaking awesome!

IIRC, it's only the pistons.

EDIT:rods and crankshaft as well.

yep internals are forged thus why guys making about 500 hp with just a 3mm head gasket

there are people making more power then that without the 3mm headgasket...

he was stating that people are making 500whp on a stock block with just the 3mm headgasket. Noone is making 500whp on a stock block alone with stock compression
