nitrous question
right now im running a b18a1 with a b18b1 head with crower stage 1 cams and valvetrain, blox intake manifold, golden eagle fuel rail, stock throttle body, cold air intake, jdm 4-1 header 2.5" collector, stock injectors, chipped pr4 ecu with basemap(not tuned), b16 tranny, 12.5lb flywheel, and zex dry nitrous 75 shot. i just ordered a exospeed stage 3 head that ported and polished, supertech valvetrain, stainless steel swirl polished valves, brian crower stage 2 cams, blox 70 mm throttle body, and im trying to figure out what pistons and rods to buy for the motor. i want to go high compression but still spray the car. does anyone have any suggestion on a piston rod combo and what compression ratio? also i plan on getting a obx lsd and a set of stage 2 axles.any suggestions will help

Re: nitrous question (bertsb18hatch)
cheap *** eagle rods will do anything it sounds like you want to do. as far as pistons, there are tons of options. you can do in the 10s:1 on pump and probably mid 11s:1 on 110 or better with a tune. i really like the Mahle piston kits. many dont, but i have had great success with them boosted and in sprayed applications. they are pretty cheap, skirts are coated etc. they only offer a few comp ratios is the problem

Re: nitrous question (bertsb18hatch)
Any forged piston such as JE, wiseco, CP ect. will do fine with a set of eagle rods or something similar. i'm currently running JE 11:1's with stock rods that are shotpeened with arp rod bolts for the past 3 years. This motor has been on a "100 shot" on 93 octane for quite some time going through endless bottles. i plan on putting bigger jets in to make a true 100whp more on spray since my motor seems to love it and has shown no sides of being hurt.

Don't worry about the nitrous; just build it as if you were doing a normal aggressive NA motor. It will love the spray if you tune it right.
