How long will it take a 75 shot of nitrous to detonate a d16y8 with 60,000miles, 2 step colder plugs, and a vafc, dyno-tuned.

 

a very long time if its its used properly and the engine is in good shape and the tune is good.

 

but i was searching and i saw that people were saying not to go over 50...btw its NOS dry kit with purge. I spray maybe 3 times a day and i also use synthetic motor oil every 3,000 miles.

im trying to stay safe with this car but the deal with the kit was to good to pass up, i'm just making sure that it won't cost me even more down the road for being a 75.

btw, for one race, my friend is trying to talk me into doing a 100 shot and race gas against a b20 vtec w/ internals, is it stupid to even consider it and can it be done?
