if i buy a nitrous kit that is wired to run on wide open throttle can i make it run when i want instead of wide open throttle?

 

depends on the throttle activation method, like zex uses a rpm switch and nos uses a regular microswitch

if it is anything other than than zex yes, if it has a regular switch that you can see, and physically touch then yes, you can activate it whever you want but i recommend to not use it below 2500 rpms and never use it on partial throttle
