Default nitrous problems help me get my car ready to run tommorow

okay well i got a 95 hatch with a b18b swap. i decided to put it on the bottle. (keep in mind i have had experience with nitrous). so i get everything done and go test it. its fast as ****!!! so i decide to go run it at a local meet and while im racing a z06 at about 130 my car slows down, i turn off the arming switch and drive slow tell we all stop again. turns out i melted the tip off the plug, and in turn made some nice little bite marks on the two exhuast valves. i replaced the head, everything is back to normal EXCEPT bottle pressure, the night i ran my car it was at 900 psi. now its at 600, whats happening is that when i spray it, it doesnt go faster, it just noses over at about 4500. could it just be that the nitrous pressure is too low for the fuel pressure and the mixture is not right or is there something else im overlooking.
sorry for the long story but thats what it takes for people to figure it out.
