I have a stock ls/ vtec and want to put on a nitrous kit. I was wondering what kind of shot you guys put on your stock motor, and if possible 1/8 and 1/4 mile track times with the set up? Any advice would help. THANK YOU

 

stock b16 75 shot. I would spray everyday untuned until i broke a valve. lasted 6 months. untuned on street tires i ran a 14.0 at 99mph and broke a valve a little passed the 1/8.

As long as you tune the car after installing the nnitrous i think a 75 shot is safe and will not cause any damage to your engine.

 

 

I ran a 75 shot on a stock gsr motor in a hatch. Went 13.7 @101 all motor and 12.0@115 on nitrous.

Gives me hope I ran a 14.1 stock All Motor.

I had a stock Type-R with a 70 shot dry and it went 12.20 @ 107 letting off early. It was a EG-6 it weighed 2350 w/driver.

 

my buddy had a stock LS with a 125 on. had it like that for months then he turbo'd it and its still running great. never ran it at the track tho
