Default Nitrous on hold!?

Ugh...did compression test on my 90 ls teg a few days ago. All cylinders were cool, like 180-190 across the board. Then I pull out the last plug wire, and the plug was surrounded in oil. This pretty much tells me why I'm getting a small oil leak in my bay. But anyways, I don't get any black smoke out my exhaust, EVER. So, I was thinking maybe this is just a gasket? Car has 130xxx miles on it. The compression on that cylinder was like 220. Is this cylinder firing or if it is firing, would it not be firing very well? I can't go nitrous with the compession in that cylinder out of wack. Im planning on a conservative 50 shot.

Where on the spark plug is the oil? If it's on the top, it's probably just the circle gasket for the valve cover, if on the bottom that's bad...but I don't think the compression would be so high w/ leaking rings or valve seals...unless the oil is sealing it
