Default Nitrous Express intercooler kit worth it?

friends got one if you know how much they run let me know....he said he'd sellf or 175?

and if its worth the trouble of putting it in....

I have d16a6 port polish head big *** front mount and a greddy kit with extras let me know what you guys think good buy or save for something else.

I think they are around 400 brand new, so thats a pretty good deal.

not in my opinion, mind as well spray the nitrous in the engine. make more power that way

maybe I could rig it up to spray directly on my supercharger manifold to cool it down....sounds like a great deal for only $175...let me know if you don't want it...

I know it runs better with the nitrous in the motor but I cant blow it up this way it just cools the air before it goes into the manifold........cooler+denser

yea, cooler = denser = more air in cylinder = can lean out just as easily if not tuned for it.

its not a fool proof system, it works on the same concept as people are more likely to blow their motors during the winter if they had it tuned during the summer if extra compensation was not accounted for while tuning.

At least with a nitrous system it will add the extra fuel only when you activate it.

Don't buy it, i used it and it doesn't work at all. It was the biggest waste of money ever. I ended up converting it into a dry shot.

I agree , i luckily sold mine for almost what i paid for it but it is definately not worth the money, i was expecting some kinda kick maybe like vtec or something but it didnt help at all. If u can get a water sprayer or some Co2 that would work just as good if not better.
